Spocks_Logic 3 Posted August 24, 2020 Posted August 24, 2020 Hello Community! I've been having issues with subtitles the last few weeks. For the longest time it worked just as planned and I've added new movies to my library and it isn't automatically getting the subtitles. However, my real issue is that when I try to manually get the subtitles it says that there are none found. If I do a search on Open Subtitles there is 161 hits. Is the service down? <Screenshot attached> Also, I have provided screen shot of my setup for my Movies library as well. Any advice or tips the community can provide would be amazing, my wife and I love to watch everything with subs! Thanks!

Luke 42085 Posted August 25, 2020 Posted August 25, 2020 Well there's no errors. It seems like OpenSubtitles is just not returning any results based on your file names. I would use the metadata editor for one of these movies and make sure the Imdb id is correct, then try again. Please see if that helps.

Both the links for IMDB and the MovieDB are tied to the correct movie. All of my files names are standardized using Filebot to make sure everything is consistent.
