Airbender 128 Posted October 10, 2013 Posted October 10, 2013 Hello Guys, It would be nice to have an option for new movies to show up in MB3 Dashboard or any client as “ New Releases ” but by date so anything that has 2013 only will show up under this category. see i dont use EHS because wife does not like it so i am stuck with Cover flow non EHS also EHS show anything new added to collections so a movie that was release in 1979 will be under EHS MB2 and MB3 EHS function does not know what is a New release of a movie it releasie on what added and think it is new It is possible to complicate the function by giving user an option to define the date for new release movies like Feb 01 2013 to OCT 01 2013 but how would MB3 Know if the title of the movie will be Admission (2013) unless we find an open API for MB3 to check against something like this Admission In Theaters March 22, 2013 or on dvd and so on but we could keep it simple by define movie title Admission (2013) so anything with 2013 will show up automatically under new releases Thank you very much
Airbender 128 Posted October 10, 2013 Author Posted October 10, 2013 Hi Now if you're talking about additional movies that you don't own but to just see what's being released, that's an interesting idea, well that will be upcomming movie plugin which we all waiting for it 1
Airbender 128 Posted October 10, 2013 Author Posted October 10, 2013 You can sort your movies by date released. The problem with allocating space for this in it's own area is that unless you're adding new movies rapidly, the content will change infrequently. ? well that was the orgnail thought to see added movies by date to show up in one section but if it not uselful then it is ok Thanks
