No compatible streams error all media

Hi there. I'm running Emby server on Open Media Vault and everything was working fine for a week or so. Suddenly I get the error "no compatible streams are currently available. please try again later or contact your system administrator for details." when trying to play any media.

I've rebooted, checked settings etc as much as I'm able to without any success. I'd really appreciate some help with the problem. I've attached a typical log of the problem here.

Thanks in advance.

Also include the Emby Server logs as well; should be in the same folder as this ffmpeg log.  This will better show what is occurring on the server.

Also, the dashboard has a debug logging feature.  This may help further by turning this on and help with resolving your issue.  I turn this on mainly because I run and test with the beta's.

Finally, what platform is the server running on and have you attempted playing this on different clients?  E.g.  Shield, Roku, Web Interface, etc.

Hope this helps..  Thanks..

Thanks for your reply.

I'd already toggled the debugging feature on prior to posting the previous log after seeing that as a suggestion on a similar thread. The Emby server is running as a docker on OMV5 - Athlon 86 system. The problem was affecting all clients that I tried - web interface and android app. Strangely, after admitting defeat for the night and walking away from it it has resolved itself and is now running again.

For what its worth here are a few more logs from the time when it wasn't working. I'll keep an eye on it and post again if it stops working again, but for now its back humming along.

Thanks again for replying.

Looks like the issue is that your windows network shares were unreachable.

Thanks Luke! I'll know where to start now if it happens again.
