Problem with folder covers.

Hello , i am using server on my pc so i turn it off at the end of the day. When i turn pc on and server on sometimes this happens. I use library in this style ANIME/A/Accel world , ANIME/B/Banana Fish. etcc.. Every alphabet folder has his custom image. But sometimes image dissapear and there is random image from its subfolder. I fix it and then after few restarts it is corrupt again. Can i prevent it to happen ? Thank you.

No each folder with letter contain multiple anime series and movies. It just randomly change image from letter image I set up to one of the subfolders anime series or movie poster (mostly first )

Does the folders actually contain the applied image?  Might be a save to folder issue.
