FR add subtitle information to SFN

Request:  add some information for the subtitle which is actually playing.  Format of original, format of converted subtitle if converted, etc

SFN shows 2/3 of the things that affect playback and the subtitle format information would be helpful in troubleshooting on the fly.  

When transcoding SFN can display something like transcoding because of unsupported subtitle format, but the format of the unsupported subtitle would also be helpful

Also, it may be helpful if SFN could display if subtitle was streaming or burning in also
