JKargans 1 Posted August 16, 2020 Posted August 16, 2020 The emby pin code page is saying 'Invalid User Name or Password. Do you need to register?' thus not allowing me to register a new device that is outside my network to my server. The account name and password are definitely correct as I have just used them to log in to post this along with login and out of a few devices using the same username and password and it is working fine. I have even just changed my password to see if that worked and got the same message. And yes I am definitely entering the correct username and password as i have made my other watch me do it to make sure I am not losing the plot! Any help would be hugely appreciated.
Solution JKargans 1 Posted August 16, 2020 Author Solution Posted August 16, 2020 Don't actually know. I changed my password back to my old one and tried again and after a bit of time (possibly due to my Internet connection it changed to pin successful). All sorted anyhow. 1
