Collections library after server migration

I migrated my server following instructions provided using the backup/restore via the plugin.  After a few rescans of files and fixing some user data that did not copy everything seems to be working correctly except that my collections library is empty.  I've deleted the library reinstalled the auto box set plug and let it do its thing yet the newly created library is empty.  When I look at the xml for the auto box sets plugin I can see all the box sets its created but they do not show up in the library no matter what I do.  Any thoughts or suggestion would be appriciated.

Solved my own issues... deleted the existing xml data and restarted server.  Seems to be working now.
