Please help Converting SSL cert not working

I did this 90 days ago and forgot how I got it to work..

I'm using openssl to convert my cert to pfx and it does, just fine: (openssl pkcs12 -export -out certificate.pfx -inkey private.key -in certificate.crt)

But it's not working for some reason. The last time I did this I can tell it generated a new 'private.key' file along with the pfx. This time with the above command it's only generating the .pfx file. Is this the issue? What can I do different?

 

Got it fixed--I used the Namecheap converter instead of openssl and it worked!
