Emby Theater won't start

Setting up a new Windows 10 microPC, installed Emby Home Theater but it won't start.  When I first installed it, it opened and worked, but never again. Uninstalled it and tried it again, same thing.   Downloaded it from your webpage.

It is a virgin install, but I will check it.  If I can figure out how.

 

Edit: I am on public network, have to change it to private.  I missed that.  thanks
