sooty234 266 Posted August 11, 2020 Posted August 11, 2020 Specify a path, something like this, log-file="G:\mpv logs\Theater mpv log.txt"
sooty234 266 Posted August 11, 2020 Posted August 11, 2020 Did you use the zip file that I attached in the other thread?
Gofran 6 Posted August 11, 2020 Author Posted August 11, 2020 you mean the one for audio then yes i moved the file inside to mpv location
sooty234 266 Posted August 11, 2020 Posted August 11, 2020 That zip file is in a folder. Did you unzip the folder to the location that I specified? Don't take out the mpv.conf and move it. Just follow exactly what I said.
Gofran 6 Posted August 11, 2020 Author Posted August 11, 2020 (edited) ok so unziped to the location so now i should add this to it ? log-file="G:\mpv logs\Theater mpv log.txt" and remove " " or not Edited August 11, 2020 by Gofran

You may not have a 'G' drive. Maybe use your desktop location?
sooty234 266 Posted August 11, 2020 Posted August 11, 2020 You have to be more specific. Show me the text from your mpv.conf. Install notepad++, open the mpv.conf in that and take a screenshot
Happy2Play 9780 Posted August 11, 2020 Posted August 11, 2020 (edited) @sooty234 is it missing the two preceding dashes "--log-file="? or is that just legacy? Edited August 11, 2020 by Happy2Play
Gofran 6 Posted August 11, 2020 Author Posted August 11, 2020 first i would like to add i shutdown kodi like this press play puase button then once on X then goes to menu then again on X goes to desktop
sooty234 266 Posted August 11, 2020 Posted August 11, 2020 The picture is either too compressed or you have an error after log-file. Is that an = ? Also, did you actually make the mpv logs folder?

sooty234 266 Posted August 11, 2020 Posted August 11, 2020 Just make your mpv.conf log-file="C:\Users\Goof\Desktop\Theater mpv log.txt" af=lavcac3enc=yes:384:3
Gofran 6 Posted August 11, 2020 Author Posted August 11, 2020 ? Also, did you actually make the mpv logs folder? oops dam stupid of me when you say G:\mpv logs \mpv logs needs to be a file so i made one i think i got it now Theater mpv log.txt
