Music Videos and Shuffle

Hi,

Is it better to use a file structure like this:

C:\Band Name A\ Song a.MP4

                               \Song b.MP4

or

C:\Band Name A\Song a\Song a.MP4

                             Song b\Song b.MP4

 

Or doesn't it matter? Or is there a better method?

Only asking because I'm currently using the latter file structure and when I play using shuffle it seems to play a couple of songs from each artist before moving on to the next. It doesn't seem very random to me. Don't want to trawl through and change my file structure if it won't make any difference.
