No sound

When watching background music all sound effects are great but when actors talk no sound only lip movement any way to sort this using amazon stick

I am new to this so excuse me if I’m doing something wrong here but all background effects music sound effects are crystal clear but when actors talk there is only lip movement and no sound comes when they talk this happens on all movies I am using amazon fire stick any help appreciated

Is there a pattern of what audio track is being used?  IE DD, DTS more than 2 channel?
