scrolling through the guide skipping some channels

This problem happens on the NVidia Sheild TV (beta).  When browsing the guide, there are some channels that are skipped.  I try to go up or down and back to try to get the channel without success.  There is no rhyme or reason behind what channel this happens to or when.  It is sporadic.  The way to fix is to back out to the main page, then back in to the guide to be able to highlight the target channel.

Any clues?

Maybe I perhaps enquire as to which beta you have as it was (hopefully) fixed with the .20 version and the latest version is .22.
