Movies will not play on any apps (firestick,iOS)

My Emby version is 4.4.3.0.  I have tried reinstalling the server several times.  For a while, movies would play yet would stop then continue to play. Now movies will not load at all.  The swirling symbol is seen after the movie is selected and the movie will not load/play.  I have the iOS and Firestick apps. I attached the most recent log yet not sure what else is needed.

Primarily movies in either a MKV or mp4 format. Usually more than 2gb. Is there a log I can show you? I am not sure how to show you what I am trying to play.
