Brutalinkau 0 Posted July 31, 2020 Posted July 31, 2020 (edited) Hi guys, I know it's been said before and I can't get around it. I'm looking to cancel my subscription ASAP. The only way to do this for some stupid reason is to email and wait. It bounces straight back to me. So Luke. Please get back to me asap. I don't want to pay for this anymore. Carlo 4561 Posted July 31, 2020 Posted July 31, 2020 (edited) Did you follow the instructions here? https://support.emby.media/support/solutions/articles/44001173190-how-do-i-cancel-an-emby-premiere-subscription If you needed to send email to the email address in that knowledge base article it will not bound unless you typed it wrong. That is a valid email address. Carlo PS I gave you the link above to try and make this easier for you depending on how you purchased the Premiere license. Do you mind if we ask why you wanted to cancel you subscription? If you're having an issue we may be able to help you resolve it. Edited July 31, 2020 by cayars
Brutalinkau 0 Posted July 31, 2020 Author Posted July 31, 2020 Honestly the constant ever changing IP address updating for remote access is killing me.
Brutalinkau 0 Posted July 31, 2020 Author Posted July 31, 2020 I also paid via the website, not the app. So trying to cancel via anything but the email doesn't seem as an actual option

Carlo 4561 Posted July 31, 2020 Posted July 31, 2020 (edited) @Brutalinkau are you referring to your local router getting a new IP address often and making it difficult for external users to get to your Server? It that's the case we can help you solve this. As CBers mentioned it's just a matter of using DDNS and we can help you with this if you allow us to. We can even do a remote meeting to help you set this up. The constantly changing IP address is your ISP and of course not Emby doing this but we can help you solve the problem if you allow us.
