Unable to reinstall server

I'm having an issue with my server crashing, so I thought I'd try installing over the top. But am unable to do so. Se pic and install log.

It's logging an error on download.

How much free space do you have on your download drive?

Did you try the installation a 2nd time just in case there was a glitch?

 

Take a look a the bottom of you log file and you'll see the URL of the file it failed to download.

Try downloading that directly from your browser and see if there is any problem. It just D/Led fine for me using Chrome.

I can and have download it from Github. I have not tried to install it.

I am running behind a VPN. When I use that link, it requires me to verify that I am human by using hCaptcha. So that's probably why it's not working.

I tried the solution(s) from that link. First one, no change. Second one, those folders don't exist. I have the option to display hidden files and folders, enabled.

Can you kill the VPN just to do the install then after installing restart it?
