Emby Apps and licening ports and adress

Hello,
one question, I run my server on an internal network.
The users have no internet access when they use my server.
Now I want the users to be able to use the Emby App, but it is necessary that the APP connects to an EMBY license server from time to time.

My question is which server is this and which port is needed.

Here all versions of the app are used. ( Windwos / IOS and Android )
