ajuda com a conexao

tenho tentado iniciar uma conexao em outro dispositivo na mesma rede local mas nao consigo, o que aparece é apenas ''falha na conexao'' ''nao foi possivel conectar ao servidor selecionado....''

olá, eu estou usando ubunto 20x e eu consigo me conectar no emby pelo computador host, mas quando eu vou me conectar em qualquer outro dispositivo na mesma rede eu nao consigo.

no momento estava no meu celular android 10

yes, i insert all the ip in the application (192.168.0.111:8096), i tried also on windows 10 and 
i couldn't, i also tried to open a port on the router and i also couldn't

fiz todas as etapas e mesmo assim nao obtive sucesso. entao usei ngrok para testar e consegui acessar de todos os dispositivos dentro e fora da minha rede, voce sabe o que pode ter causado isto?
