Problems with the artists in music collections

Hey, I want to organize my rather large music collection. I already accepted that I have to do it by hand to get a somewhat organized collection but I found a problem I wasn't able to avoid at any tools. The artists are a mess. Artis1, Artist2 or Artist1 & Artist2 or even more artists make it painful to search for an artist and get everything organized.

 

I would like to get the option to separate artists by comma so they are recognized as two or more different artists and not just a single one.

Is there a way to do that or any plans to implement something like this?
