emveepee 132 Posted July 28, 2020 Posted July 28, 2020 (edited) I have noticed that my PC has started having trouble with "sleep" recently and seem to have narrowed it down to the Emby forum. When I open the forum I see this with powercfg -requests SYSTEM: [DRIVER] Realtek Audio (HDAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_10EC&DEV_0662&SUBSYS_10251238&REV_1003\4&20857ae5&0&0001) An audio stream is currently in use. [DRIVER] Legacy Kernel Caller [PROCESS] \Device\HarddiskVolume10\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe [PROCESS] \Device\HarddiskVolume10\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe [PROCESS] \Device\HarddiskVolume10\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe [PROCESS] \Device\HarddiskVolume10\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe [PROCESS] \Device\HarddiskVolume10\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe [PROCESS] \Device\HarddiskVolume10\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe [PROCESS] \Device\HarddiskVolume10\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe [PROCESS] \Device\HarddiskVolume10\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe [PROCESS] \Device\HarddiskVolume10\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe If I exit the forum tab or logout I see this SYSTEM: [DRIVER] Legacy Kernel Caller I do have sound notifications turned off. Does anyone have any suggestions? Martin Edited July 28, 2020 by emveepee
emveepee 132 Posted July 28, 2020 Author Posted July 28, 2020 It doesn't appear browser or cache related with Chrome and the new Edge (which I never had used with Emby.Media before) I see this SYSTEM: [DRIVER] Realtek Audio (HDAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_10EC&DEV_0662&SUBSYS_10251238&REV_1003\4&20857ae5&0&0001) An audio stream is currently in use. [DRIVER] Legacy Kernel Caller On Edge I need to use Ctrl-F5 to clear it after signing out. Martin
Abobader 3464 Posted July 28, 2020 Posted July 28, 2020 Hi, I did not see this issue. but will see what case this, thanks.
Abobader 3464 Posted July 28, 2020 Posted July 28, 2020 Nothing about the forum in this issue, I think this browser addon or something casing this.
emveepee 132 Posted July 28, 2020 Author Posted July 28, 2020 Chrome and Edge are stock no addons. Tested in chrome dev mode disable cache same scenario. Martin
Abobader 3464 Posted July 28, 2020 Posted July 28, 2020 Can you check the settings if you using windows and see the notify option, or the browser options, as I said, nothing about the forum regarding this. We at the forum notify as per members settings, if you disable that, nothing will popup, but best to disable notify for the browser at windows settings.
emveepee 132 Posted July 28, 2020 Author Posted July 28, 2020 Notify is off at the browser level, I hate them all the time. I turned off all notifications in Emby and no change. Martin

emveepee 132 Posted July 29, 2020 Author Posted July 29, 2020 (edited) I've loaded the page several times with F12 where I enter the forum without being logged in, the audio is not opened, cleared the cached, and logged it but I haven't found the specific link that is causing that message. On chrome I do get a console message VM320:2 The AudioContext was not allowed to start. It must be resumed (or created) after a user gesture on the page Martin Edited July 29, 2020 by emveepee
