Love that idea! I know it was a long time ago now. But if you would be willing to share in a bit more detail how you did it all. Especially the launching of a specific show/movie on Emby on a specific TV, I've been hunting around for this and not finding any reliable working solutions that I can follow. They all seem to be missing something or just not working as expected.

You wouldn't think it so hard to turn on a Samsung TV (got that bit) open the Emby app, and play a specific title from the library. Saw someone do this with ease using plex on an Apple TV but doesn't directly translate to my setup.

I did a little write up about how I did it. I think I made some changes to it to streamline things a bit, but it was so long ago, I can't remember what those changes were, lol
