I noticed recently all movies I add to the server only 4 cast members appear is there a setting that prevents more than 4 from appearing

Change your first metadata supplier from OMDB to TMDB.  It has been reported in another thread that OMDB is restricting the number of cast members returned even on browser requests.

It's a per-library setting.  Go to the Libraries tab from the dashboard and select to edit the library concerned.  Not far down you'll see a list of metadata providers which you can reorder using the arrows to their right.  

Mind you, TMDB should be first by default, so if it's not that suggests that you once changed it before...

Thank you so much, that was it, somehow (probably me) changed the order to OMDB first, I changed it and that did the trick, now entire cast show up.
