Here's A Weird Bug

This one had been happening to me for a little while and it seemed random but i have just found a way to force it, so thought i would post and see if it happens to anyone else.

 

So basically at random times Emby seemed to just open on my Galaxy Phone and Tablet. it always seemed to happen after doing something on the admin side of things on the pc but couldn't pin it down to anything specific, however now i can force it every time. When on pc and in the Admin Dashboard if i click Display (top left of side menu) and then click Dashboard just below, Emby opens on my devices 

 

Has anyone else seem this and can anyone explain as to why this is happening?
