Remote access "Download" & "Download To..."

So I set up remote access to my server and it's working fine, I was trying to download a TV show on my remote device. When I go to the TV show landing page and try to download the entire series all I get is "Download to..." which brings up a few options that are NOT the device I'm using. I can go to the individual episodes and I get the option "Download" which works as expected.

Is there any way to download the entire TV series without having to do it individually?

Yes, from the series itself you can click the MORE button then use the Download found there.

I select "Download to" and my mobile devices as well as Google Drive show up there.

Yes that shows up for me as well, but as I mentioned in my opening post, the device I'm actually using at the time does NOT show up there.

I'm using my laptop (connected with a hotspot so I can test it as an external device).

The laptop is only running Emby web, no theatre installed.

The only devices that show up to "download to" are my phone and Google drive.

The same thing happens on another PC (running on the same network)

Then that is the reason, you can't schedule a Series to "download" to a web client. You will need to install the Windows Store version of Emby Theater on that machine.

Thanks mate, that solved the issue. On a side note, the AppStore version of EmbyTheatre is atrocious. Playback is completely unwatchable, and going full-screen froze the app repeatedly. Not a good look for such a great platform that is Emby.

It uses the stock windows video player and unfortunately it does have some limitations.

Yeah the UWP platform is not ideal from what I understand of it. I just hate to think someone's first or only experience of Emby might be from the Windows store.
