One particular episode will not load

I hadn't ran into any issues for weeks, however one particular episode I was trying to watch from the middle of the 3rd season wouldn't load on Roku but loads on the android app and on desktop, any reason why?

I had two movies do something similar the other day. What I did was delete all the files but the movie and then rescan those movies replacing all meta dad.

This is probably an effect of the 9.3 firmware update Roku did. 🥺

 

What is the media information for that unplayable file? :huh:

 It is shown at the bottom of the detail screen on the web app. Thanks.

..or did refreshing fix it? You can find the "Refresh" button when on the detail screen of the Roku app for that item.

I re-downloaded the specific episode, haven't tested to see if that works.  It's just weird that only one episode in a series of over 200 would have the issue.  This is what it looks like currently:

I compared the file details to episode 8 (that didn't work) and episode 9 (that does work) and they're identical.  It's so weird how just one episode doesn't work.

Can you tell us what exactly you mean by "won't load"?
