Emby cannot load plugins catalog or identity shows

See attached log. I was able to verify that via terminal I can wget the links that emby attempts to request. So I am not sure why there is ssl errors and timeouts produced.

Here is the log from the start of the server until the error occurs.

I reinstalled emby and it seems to have been resolved. I was getting a few undervoltage warnings on pi3 which may have corrupted packages. I'll keep an eye out but for now it seems resolved.
