Hi there, if you try lowering the in-app quality setting so that the server does a full transcode, does that resolve it?

yes, if I change setting so that it forces a full transcode playback is just fine. I have done this for most our clients as streaming LIVE TV is unreliable these days.

However, @Luke on Windows 10 using the Emby App when changing the quality setting to force transcode live TV still does not playback. Logs are attached.

I have since discovered that in windows 10 the Emby Theatre application is different depending on the source. I had been using the application sourced from the MS WindowsStore and it is this version that was giving me all kinds of issues. 

I have removed this and installed the version avialable from emby.media and it seems to be much more sophisticated/functional
