Have a look at this knowledge base article: https://support.emby.media/support/solutions/articles/44001849007-connectivity Read through that and run some of the tests to see what works and what doesn't. The canyouseeme is a good test mentioned there.

Carlo 4561 Posted July 17, 2020 Posted July 17, 2020 Which port? Do you have a domain or hostname pointed at your server? Something like emby.mydomain.com? If so then try and ping your emby.mydomain.com hostname and make sure the IP the one associated with your server. Did you setup a Cert in Emby for SSL?
