REading Notifications

Hi I'm using server 3.0.5289.18702

 

In Advanced/Notifications I see a list of 10 of 21 messages, two of which are marked as unread.

 

Am I supposed to be able to read or link to the full article?

 

There are no hot spots or links on the page which lead to the details of the notification, the only way to access them is to manually swipe and copy the url included in the list and then paste this into a new tab, is thus working as intended? I'm sure that you used to be able to click on the notification and the content was opened in a new tab.

Sorry to bump. But does anybody have any thoughts on this?
