Error: E04 Transcode not yet available - help please

Hello, I am trying to play movies/tv shows using emby and keep getting the error code to say transcode not available, please try again later or direct play.  I've not very technical and have absolutely no idea how to fix thing, I've tried looking up a few things if any kind person would be so helpful to advise?  I would really appreciate it.

Can you give us more information?

Do you have your own Emby Server?

What client were you using when this happened?

Where you on the same network as your server?

What kind of media file were you trying to play?
