Server Address if on server

If I am trying to watch my media through the windows 8.1 app on the server computer itself. What ip address and port do I use. I typed in the normal stuff but it doesn't work. Thanks.

Unfortunately it's not working due to an artificial restriction from Microsoft. They don't allow loopback for Windows 8.1 apps.

 

There are some third party workarounds to allow this, I don't quite recall the specifics but I'm sure there are members here who can help.
