User data backup with plugin?

I was surprised last time I used the backup plugin with some things that didn't get backed up, so I want to make sure...Is user watched status for individual files backed up?  IE: if I restore a backup and I have a user that has watched Divergent, when I restore, will it show as watched for that user, but not for my user account (assuming I haven't watched it)?
