the problem is only the IPTV plug-in ... live tv with m3u tunner works perfectly..for an example i don't think i can give personal information as well as private links..hope you understand

the channel and the same live tv with m3u tunner works, with  plug-in IPTV does not work only in 4g network

When you play this back via M3U tuner is it transcoding?

How about when played through the IPTV Plugin?

Pretty sure this is the answer to why the IP Plugin isn't working on 4G.

The IPTV Plugin isn't transcoding the streams.

Ok qiestook this I had guessed too .. why didn't I do it ??  in 4g while in any wifi line yes ???

Likely working because more bandwidth is available for the direct stream but that's just a guess.
