Create own Plugins

Hi,

I wrote a few python addons for kodi and was thinking about migrating some of them to emby plugins.

I don't know in which programming languages plugins have to be and i also couldn't find a guide on how to create plugins, so if someone yould point me a direction or a howto for devs i would give it a try
