Which makes no sense as we've verified multiple times that my credentials are good.

Have you tried changing your password to something simple like 8 characters that are alpha/numeric only?

Have you tried a different username/password combo?

I don't remember you trying a different username from before.  I just remember the authentication error.

I haven't tried a different username; I don't have a different username to try. I did try changing the password though.

It doesn't need to be a paid username.  You should be able to create another if you have another email account to use.
