itgreen9 9 Posted June 30, 2020 Posted June 30, 2020 I have disabled "Are You Still Watching" under the Playback section, but it is still popping up. Can you please tell me why this will not disable?
itgreen9 9 Posted June 30, 2020 Author Posted June 30, 2020 Emby Version: 4.4.3.0 Streaming App: Roku
ebr 16185 Posted June 30, 2020 Posted June 30, 2020 Did you go into the settings in the Roku app and disable that option?
itgreen9 9 Posted June 30, 2020 Author Posted June 30, 2020 No I did not only through Emby. I will change that now. Hopefully that will fix the problem. Thank you.
aja07 20 Posted July 1, 2020 Posted July 1, 2020 Apologies for gatecrashing, can one adjust the the timing of this feature?

itgreen9 9 Posted July 1, 2020 Author Posted July 1, 2020 No it's not, and I can't tell now if it worked because I started having this loading issue. Sorry, I can't say whether or not it's resolved.
Happy2Play 9781 Posted July 1, 2020 Posted July 1, 2020 @ebr What is the idle interval for "Are You Still Watching"?

ebr 16185 Posted July 1, 2020 Posted July 1, 2020 @itgreen9 I split out your new issue into the Roku forum. Thanks.

Luke 42080 Posted July 3, 2020 Posted July 3, 2020 Remember that you need to be completely idle for a period of time. That means no button presses or any other form of input .
Carlo 4561 Posted July 4, 2020 Posted July 4, 2020 Also keep in mind this is device dependent. When you make this change in the web interface it only affects the web interface.
itgreen9 9 Posted July 5, 2020 Author Posted July 5, 2020 Ok, thanks.. Unfortunately I have not been able to solve the issue of the next show not loading to see if it worked. I will reach out if I still have this issue once the other issue is resolved. Thank you all so much.
grnmch 0 Posted June 4, 2023 Posted June 4, 2023 Provide a way to delete this useless and unwanted feature. I see no need for it, and the constant interruption every few hours is more than annoying! Going to have to install an older version to get rid of it and other problems created by updates that either don't work right, or are totally useless!
Neminem 1519 Posted June 4, 2023 Posted June 4, 2023 @grnmchIt should be in you users playback settings. The second to last check box. 1 1
