Hi my name is isnardo an  im new with emby  i buy emby premium account.

 

Have the next questions 

1- even when my media is on google drive the laptop or place where the emby server is installed  will be consuming a lot of requiriments and upload speed  if other persons watch at same time ?  I have. About 8Mb/s

2- the license i buy is for an email account or for software installed ( that i want to know is ..  if i installed my emby server on a laptop . Put the license. ... And after a few days i decide to install the server on an other laptop (what happened to the license .. will be attached to the email. Or in the previous installation "just working for last pc) 

3- is possible to connect my Tv (paid channels ) for example im paying a claro service at home it bring with a top-box

4- if i use the option to record on tv - is possible to record it directly to google drive ( not in local )

1. no because the video files are not uploading from your server, so your upload will be a minimum, just the communictation between the google drive and the client.

2. AFAIK the license isn't bound to hardware, it is bound to your account (mail)

3. yes with a TVheadend setup it would be possible to grab the channels and get it into emby (with an IPTV plugin)

4. theoretically yes but i am not sure if emby supports https or web link as source and 2nd if google will support that kind of upload. (a emby admin or dev can answer this better)
