How to create Image Thumbnails chapiter on my imported video ?

Hi everyone,

I have a question, i would like to know how can i generate thumbnails on my previous movies without recreating my library again ? There is a way to do that ?

My new movies comes with the chapter thumbnails but not the old movies, how can i generate thumbnails on old movies?

If you turn this on at the library level and refresh your library it should do this automatically for you during the nightly process.

Keep in mind depending on the size of you library it can take a while (days) to complete.

well i have some TB of videos so it take years to generate all thumnails but yea i have enabled and at night i see that. I wait some month and i give some reports here

I processed about 150K movies in about 3 months on a 5 year old computer.  That was using the old algorithms before softworkz reworked them making them much faster.

So you won''t need a years but days to a week most likely for a large library.
