Transcoding on intel cpu

I am in a process of moving  my emby server on an intel to take advantage of hardware acceleration either with vaapi or Intel QuickSync  so far I am just getting software transcoding not even sure if my premiere key is used since the page says under advanced This feature requires an active Emby Premiere subscription.

Preferred Hardware Decoders
Preferred Hardware Encoders

with no choice possible

And the emby server log? Are you running Docker? What OS?

Yes using docker with openmediavault I paly it again around 12:18

I fixed  it is is working from container just to add a line of code.
