Tengo mucho contenido en avi, que tiene el code MPGE4 principalmente anime y pelis viejas

sabéis si será posible reproducir desde la aplicación de Android TV sin que transcodifique

They will probably have to be at least remuxed to a different container.  Almost nothing in the streaming world deals well with AVI.

Yes, I already pass it to container MKV, but the video code does not change it is still MPEG4.

@ebr as noted in an other thread, mpeg4 just needs to be software decoded. Nearly no Android chipset supports hardware decoding for this old video codec and doesn' have to. Because it's so simple even the cheapest CPU can do this in software.
