Cannot play remote

Hi,

I have emby server running on windows machine (i5-8500) connected via lan cable. My internet is 300mbps

Local playback works as it should but remote play does not work on any player I try. I can browse media but wen i try to play, this is what happens on each player

IOS app gives endless loading donut screen

Android smart tv loading donut screen and after a minute "too many errors, giving up"

Windows surface tablet loading donut screen and after a minute "no compatible streams are currently available. Please try again later or contct your sytem administrator for details"

I tried several files (h264; h265) tv show and movies with or without subtitles. I tried both the apps and the browser on each device. I tried remote via 4g and via a different home network.

All gives the same result. Its pretty clear its server related.

Someone has an idea whats up?

I found the issue.

Nothing to do with remote play. I renamed the library folders and that is why I could not play any content any longer (local or remote).
