Background images during music play

When playing music using Samsung Tizen app. Do the artist backdrop images rotate in the background (or should they)? Mine do not. I believe they do rotate on all of my other clients (Android TV, Roku Theater and Web app).  But I notice it does not on Samsung Tizen.  Just checking if all others are the same?
