Synology ds418play slow access

Any recommendations to speed up emby access to synology nas? Switched from a windows server and it is much slower. Should I disable memory compression? I currently have the two network ports bonded.

She attached. It seems to do it on the first attempt for the day and sometimes it is just random.

When it times out on my phone I get the attached error and then it goes to server selection screen. I did backup my settings from my windows server (beta version) and restored them to my synology nas. Is that why I get this message?

 Any suggestions? Emby on samsung tv cannot even play a show that is currently recording from the nas without crashing. Was not an issue on windows emby server.

Hmm, I wonder if this is related to restoring from a windows configuration. How much did you restore, everything?

I followed the guide. Didn't restore the library cause the storage config is different. Then I deleted by cable card tuners and added my over the air tuner.
