Connection outside my network issue

Hi i have a bit of a problem with accessing my server outside my network.

I can access it on the wifi not a problem. I have port forwarding set up on the router for ports 8096 and 8920.

Heres the confusing part i can access it on my phone with 4G but my girlfriend cant access it on her firestick (outside the network) or her phone.

Any ideas???

Have you tried following this KB article? https://support.emby.media/support/solutions/articles/44001849007-connectivity

Follow the 'External Connections' section carefully, including using https://canyouseeme.org/ to test your Public IP and port.

Failing that, I would check to see if there is anything blocking those ports on your girlfriends network, you weren't clear on whether she tested on just WiFi or also 4G
