I removed all subtitles from the file and changed the Transcode thread count back to "Auto", H264 encoding preset to "Slow" and left CRF at 23. Playback is smooth as butter now. I'm going to try increasing the bit rate in the MiBox s and see what happens.
Sammy 790 Posted June 23, 2020 Author Posted June 23, 2020 (edited) Nope.. That is definitely a limitation of the device. 65Mbps is not possible on the MiBox s it would seem. I set it to 60Mbps was even too much so 50Mbps it is; playing smooth at this setting now. Edited June 23, 2020 by Sammy
