Media Issues/Ticketing System | Report Issue

I think it'd be a great feature to have a "Report Issue" button or dropdown option on media.  This way a user could could report problems like the media not working or subtitles being wrong and eliminate needing third party tools.  This could even be a plugin.

It should be implemented as natively on emby not as a plug-in
