Movies are not loading up

Some of my movies on Emby are not loading up,  I can watch the movie on the mobile app but not on my computer, roku and other devices. The movie just keeps loading. Please Help.

Attached are the server logs for one of the movies that I'm having trouble with loading up. I nerver get an error message, the movie just loads and does nothing.
