mbc0 68 Posted June 17, 2020 Posted June 17, 2020 (edited) Hi, I am getting quite a few blank primary images and people images, sometimes also as pictured below I get a horizontal image instead of the move poster. I know for a fact that some of the blank ones used to exist, they have changed to blank ones. If I edit the art and search I can select a new one and all is ok (same for both people and primary movie images) Just to show, I edited the image for Gene Tierney and had a choice of two images so I select one and as you can see it is then displayed. I have uninstalled cover art and restarted the server Refreshing the metadata works when selecting "replace existing images" for the movie posters but not for people, I have manually run the refresh people task but the images do not populate unless I do each person manually. Any idea why this would happen? Edited June 17, 2020 by mbc0
Happy2Play 9782 Posted June 17, 2020 Posted June 17, 2020 (edited) Well technically there is no folder or poster image, but should fall back to fanart I believe (oops that image is showing the use of fanart). But I would suspect it is related to the TMDB url image issues. https://emby.media/community/index.php?/topic/85934-corrupte-images https://emby.media/community/index.php?/topic/85812-artistsactors-images-disappeared-randomly/ https://emby.media/community/index.php?/topic/86323-tmdb-corrupt-image-fix-plugin-for-windows-10 Edited June 17, 2020 by Happy2Play
