unable to use connect to access emby a/c on firestick

so I am unable to use emby no problem on laptop or phone, however on the app on phone the server is not listed and same when use pin on firestick, also seem to have issues logging into connect, not recognising my details despite me completing a forgot password link and when try to create with my email/username they showing as already existing
