Sonus 3 Posted June 17, 2020 Posted June 17, 2020 Hello, been having off and on issues connecting to My server remotely. There is no problem with in home access but when selecting the server on a device outside the home network I am unable to connect. Error is: Connection failure Were unable to connect to the selected server right now please ensure its running and try again. I have the port forwarded no firewall issues etc and it says its open on canyouseeme. I do have a premiere subscription. Im not sure whats going on here. @cayars
Carlo 4561 Posted June 21, 2020 Posted June 21, 2020 If canyouseeme shows the port being open then you should be able to connect. Try it via web browser and not via an app. If you can connect via browser then that shows things are working. So at that point in an app usually a "forget" server and re-addition will fix things.
